Returns & warranty
Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery for exchange or credit. Bring or send them with the invoice; cut-to-length, special-order and mixed loose stock are excluded.
Wrong or damaged items are replaced at our cost — tell us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and the label.
Tools carry the manufacturer's warranty. We log the claim for you and handle the return to the brand.

Who pays for return transport?
We do when the item is wrong or faulty. For change-of-mind returns the buyer covers transport.
How long does a credit take?
Credit is raised the day the goods are checked in and can be used against your next order or refunded to the original payment method.
