Delivery & collection
Orders for stocked items dispatch the same working day when confirmed before 2:00 pm, otherwise the next working day. Delivery is by courier or our own van within the city; upcountry orders travel by parcel service to your nearest depot.
Collection is free from our counter during opening hours. Bring your order number.
Availability and lead time are shown on every product before you order, and your order confirmation carries the expected dispatch date.

Can I get a delivery cost before I order?
Yes — delivery is quoted at checkout from your address and the weight of the order, before you pay.
Do you deliver to site?
Yes. Give the site contact and a phone number at checkout so the driver can reach them.
What about items on backorder?
Backordered lines ship as soon as they land; you can choose to hold the whole order or receive in-stock items first.
